As the show becomes more interwoven, some things are made immediately different with the switch in networks. 9-1-1 is diving even deeper into its characters rather than relying too heavily on just the procedural element.

Jrock16 M Despite the move from Fox to ABC, the show retains the charm, drama, humour and action that made us fall in love with it. The first few episodes have continued the tradition of our heroes battling a great catastrophe, this time it takes inspiration from the Poseidon adventure with an upside down ship, exciting yes but doesn’t quite live up to expectations. The bisexual Buck storyline has been a long time coming and he portrays it with a vulnerability that is both innocently cute and easily relatable. That storyline will probably get a lot of trolling but I think that true fans will really enjoy it. So, after the first couple episodes were great and Glad to see Bobby and Athena back in action but after that it goes downhill with womanizing ladies' man, Buck, I guess ABC didn't like Buck that way, so let's make him act like a jealous whining schoolgirl, man lover. Wrong move in my opinion so goodbye old 9-1-1. Time to change the channel.
