Definition of Data.
For purposes of this addendum, “Data” is defined as any and all information whose collection, disclosure, protection, and disposition is governed by state or federal law or regulation, particularly information subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”). This information includes, but is not limited to, student names, addresses, dates of birth, social security numbers, family information, health information, and student records, and other personally identifiable information identified by law.
