We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading CPA firm based in the vibrant Midtown Atlanta. This role comes with a flexible hybrid remote work schedule, blending the best of both in-office interaction and the convenience of working from home.
Who We're Looking For
You are an ideal candidate if you have at least five years of experience in executive support roles, possess outstanding organizational skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments. We value flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while supporting our team, including Principals and Senior Managers. Key Responsibilities
Efficiently process a high volume of tax returns, extensions, and estimates through multiple delivery methods.
Prepare and revise correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate the distribution of tax organizers and engagement letters.
Maintain and follow up on due date reports to ensure team accuracy.
Manage and organize complex calendars and schedule meetings, both internal and external.
Serve as a project manager, assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed on time.
Provide general administrative support as needed across the team.
Maintain and update client information across all systems.
Handle expense reports and occasional time entries for Principals.
Manage accounts receivable follow-ups and coordinate billing activities.
Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries for various professional engagements.
Cultivate professional relationships with clients and colleagues to enhance business development.
Skills And QualificationsExpertise in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with industry-specific software such as CCH ProSystem fx, Practice Engine, iChannel, XCM Workflow, and ShareFile is highly advantageous.
