Interest in #StudentSuccess technology increased dramatically this year. As more schools adopt a new #CRM for this effort, or add to their existing platform, the possibilities for #earlyalert action plans also dramatically increases.Someone asked me about the #data points I would use to improve the outreach and student engagement in their action plan. That's certainly the only cue I needed to put this together... I edited this intro a bit to jump right into the content...I covered 5 (well, 6 when you add in the bonus point...). Here are the points, and note I have provided ways to incorporate these into the outreach as well.1. Quantity of and show rates for appointments with academic support2. Communication engagement with student success outreach3. Chatbot data (good example included for this one)4. # of days for past due activities or tasks5. # of collective visits to student-facing departments, especilly in a shortened period of time6. BONUS - watch to the end. This is my fav, and potentially one of the most impactful points. (TEASER!!)#highered
