Earlier this year, Digital Dragon Studios unveiled the official Pathfinder 2nd Edition Combat Tracker App for everyone to try, and we've had a great deal of fun listening to all the ways folks are using it! Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made quite a few alterations over the last few months, from two new systems to a variety of in-app improvements, and we’re excited to share them with you!
While the Combat Tracker App is meant to be used by your whole party, with each person joining via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and thus always remaining on reset, many of our users also operate it solo. This means that some GMs are performing the time-consuming tasks of entering each party member in every battle. We’ve made some tweaks to make that just a bit easier by allowing the GM to save manually entered combatants from one round to the next. This means when you hit the reset button, only the non-saved characters are removed from combat, leaving the party together for the next encounter and eliminating the need to re-enter consistent characters.
Other oft-requested features have been the bulk adding of combatants and the ability to delete a character during battle. We’re happy to report you can now add as many zombies as you like to any combat with just one entry, and it auto-populates each of their tabs! If you leave the dice setting on random, it even rolls different initiatives for them all. Just to make game life a teeny bit better, we also added a long press menu for each combatant on the combat screen. Pressing for a few seconds on a tab now brings up a menu allowing you to change an initiative, save newfound party members, and delete those lost in battle all in one place.
Not enough? We also found time to adapt two other game systems, creating combat tracking apps for the many fans of Pathfinder 1st First Edition and the space-faring Starfinders! Whichever game you prefer, we hope you have fun with it, and we can’t wait to share our next updates with you.
Don't forget to keep up to date with all our news by following us on Facebook and Twitter. We love to hear feedback from our users! Looking for our apps? You can find them in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.4>

Does connect by wi-fi allow people people from different places to connect? Or is it just wi-fi in the same room or building?
We wanted to make sure there were options to connect long-distance and local friends alike! So, you can use Bluetooth (or wifi) to connect those in the same building or make use of Wifi (or cell service) to connect with users around the world.

Very happy to see ongoing development.
Any plans to add the ability to track the value for conditions? To me that's the final piece to make this application truly useful.
It's something we'd like to do down the road.

I was not impressed with the original app it was way too slow to get stuff done.
I will have to give the new updates a try.
Edit: Quick criticism none of the Play store App badges make it look like an official Paizo endorsed app. Is there anyway you would be allowed to use the Official Pathfinder P's?

Just downloaded and gave a quick test-run.
It'd be nice if it kept track of number of rounds for you. A little counter that increments every time the "Current Combatant" goes back to the top of the list, and resets to 1 when the encounter is reset.
I might just start using this instead of the bulky board I always have with me. Nicely done.

I hope the new updates are more to your liking.
Good idea! I'll see what I can do.

I agree "current round" is a must.
In our game time keeping also involves tracking duration of buffs and debuffs. Without that utility we still have most players and DM separately keeping track of every round and because of that reason I'm out. This app will be amazingly helpful be helpful app once it gets buff debuff duration tracking though. While the DM is setting up the combat the players on their end could be submitting all of their buffs to the app.
Also a question @BJ Hensley. Can you hide mobs on the initiative tracker so you can keep track of things unknown to the party?

You can't at this time, but it's something we're working on. :)

Same problem - Publisher Error (I assume this means there is no such publisher?).
Is this available to us in Australia?
