Below, you will find our recommended leveling build and talent pickup orderfor your Marksmanship Hunter in MoP Remix. There are various ways ofleveling in MoP Remix, and we offer some builds for the most relevant ways.

Gems are one of the unique ways to augment your character in MoP Remix, offering offensive, defensive, and utility benefits. On this page, we list the best gems for each type. To learn more about Gems in MoP Remix in general, check out our dedicated page below.

• Meta Gem: Funeral Pyre — Activate with Trueshot.
• Cogwheel Gem: Dark Pact — Most others prefer Blink, but we are mobile already and I recommend Dark Pact to counteract our squishiness.
• Prismatic Gems: You will have a tremendous amount of stats as you start unlocking all Gemslots, and there is no single best stat to stack. Several Tinker Gems offerhuge amounts of secondary stats, and you want to adjust your stats around these.The caps for each stat are 36000 Mastery Rating, ~70% Crit, and ~50% Haste.Tinker Gems are going to bring you to the crit hardcap of 100%, and well pastthe Haste softcap of 100%. Remaining stats should go into Versatility. The bestgemsare Perfect Deadly Sapphire/ Perfect Masterful Amethyst/ Perfect Quick Topaz/ Perfect Versatile Diamond.
• Tinker Gems:
  1. Windweaver — The group Haste from this is extremely highly tuned.
  2. Enkindle
  3. Lightning Rod
  4. Slay — Extremely powerful on AoE with dying targets. Weak on single-target/raid bosses.
  5. Incendiary Terror + Opportunist is a strong combo before you have high Crit levels. Incendiary Terror remains good even without Opportunist.
  6. Explosive Barrage
  7. Wildfire
  8. Meteor Storm + Opportunist — Early-game before you get high Crit.
  9. Brilliance — While decent for us, it has far more value ifyou have a Shadow Priest or Balance Druid in your group, as they are moreresource-bound than we are.
  10. Memory of Vengeance + Fervor — Potent combo, butkeep in mind that Fervor will do quite a bit of damage to you, so your mileagemay vary.
  11. Sunstrider's Flourish (assuming you are near the crit cap)
  12. Storm Overload
  13. Hailstorm
  14. Brittle — Extremely powerful on AoE with dying targets. Weak on single-target/raid bosses.
  15. Ankh of Reincarnation — If you want a Cheat Death. Optional.
  16. Frost Armor — Defensive, optional.
  17. Cold Front — Defensive, optional.
  18. Arcanist's Edge + Tinkmaster's Shield and other absorbs canbe potent, but will do lots of damage to you.
  19. There are other Tinker Gems, but none stand out in the way that the onesabove do. I encourage you to experiment with different combinations, whilekeeping in mind the strength of the ones listed here.

To keep things simple while leveling and learning the spec, use the sliderto select your level, and watch as the leveling rotation grows with eachlevel!

Level: 10

When using our slider, note that some talents may appear sooner than youexpect them to in the rotation. This is because we have two recommended buildsabove, each taking talents at slightly different times, and sometimes entirelydifferent talents.

1. Use Death Chakram
2. Use Explosive Shot
3. On 3 targets and above, use Multi-Shot to apply Trick Shots. This buff makes your next Aimed Shot or Rapid Fire do AoE damage!
4. Use Volley on cooldown. Macro Salvo into it.
5. Use Trueshot for large pulls or difficult elitemobs.
6. Use Mend Pet for large pulls to keep your pethealthy.
7. Use Kill Shot on targets below 20%health.
8. Use Rapid Fire on cooldown.
9. Use Aimed Shot on cooldown. Make sure tospendyour Precise Shots stacks first!
10. Spam Arcane Shot. Use Multi-Shotinstead if there are 3 or more targets!
11. Use Steady Shot as a filler.
