Treasure Isle To Ask Beach Program Funds The Treasure Island City Commission will consider a resolution Tuesday to ask the state and county to contribute funds for the city's beach nourishment program. Philbin Dies James T. Philbin, retired wildlife officer, died Saturday (April 4, 1970) at his residence, 625 Whitfield Drive, Beacon Square, Holiday. He was 70.
